The wall at the right hand site is used wallpaper to make the environment more comfortable. The pattern of the wallpaper is a modern classic design, it's suitable for every stylish house design. 

The tile flooring with timber design, it's also can use carpet as the flooring if the country has 4 seasons and  of course not for the kitchen part.
